Yes — complimentary hot stone comes with your massage when it’s right for you. Basalt stones are heated to a therapeutic temperature and worked into your personalized session. Heat isn’t used during pregnancy, lymphatic drainage, or post-op recovery sessions.
Weekday evenings from 5:00 PM are available by request. Sundays are reserved for regular monthly clients — ask on the booking form.
A short intake (health history, injury or pain areas, pressure preference), then a 60-minute session. First-time clients typically arrive 10 minutes early.
